I am an illustrator with a focus on middle grade. Kids as heroes and spooky things are my two favorite subjects.

A Society of Illustrators award-winning illustrator, some of my credits include illustrating the stories for R. L. Stine's Stinetinglers series, the Ghostbusters Monopoly game box art and illustrating the graphic novel Storybooth for HarperCollins -- a collection of true teen stories based on the animated YouTube series with over five million followers.

My clients include: HarperCollins, Macmillan, Scholastic, Hasbro, Bloomsbury Publishing, Audible, Capstone Publishing, Little Bee Books and Highlights Magazine. I am also a member of SCBWI.

Previous to illustrating, I enjoyed a career in the animation industry. I am an Emmy winning director of an animated special for The Boston Red Sox and Emmy nominated for directing WordGirl (PBS) and Time Warp Trio (NBC, Discovery Kids, WGBH). My animation credits also include: Disney XD, Fox, Hulu, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, The Smithsonian and BET.

Born and raised in New England, I now live in Decatur, GA with my family and our dog, Darla.
